SUBIOS 2004 will take place in Seychelles from the 14th until the 17th of October to celebrate the underwater world. As part of the festival there are also Photography and Videography contests open to entries from around the world. The winners of contest receive a return trip to the Seychelles to participate in the SUBIOS Festival of the following year.
